  Job Description

  Executives shall be responsible for configuring the ESG Software as per the clients’ requirement and carry out suitable documentation for seamless implementation of software. He / She should have
  
  

  Knowledge about

  • Workgroup management
  • Department / Product Line Management
  • Users & Roles
  • List Management
  • Form layout
  • Indicator Library
  • Questionnaire Configuration
  • Initial QA of configuration
  • Email Template Management

  Key Responsibilities

  • Documentation relating to configuration
  • Communicating time spent to Implementation / Project Manager
  • Conduction configuration reviews both internally & externally
  • Communicate issues, requirement gaps to Implementation / Project Manager
  • Collaborate with the implementation team Experience – must have
  • Graduate/Post Graduate with IT/Computer Science
  • Should have 2 to 3 years’ experience of any Enterprise ( SAP / Microsoft Dynamics / any other similar) software implementation.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience in Software Configuration and change management processes and implementation across different environments (Dev, Test, Prod)
  • Excellent communicator In English – both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work both within a team and independently
  • Experience in working with geographically diverse locations
  • Knowledge & ability to design Power BI dashboardst
